Shake bottle to mix as mushroom particulates may settle.  Take 1 to 2 dropperfuls daily, beginning with ½ dropper in the morning and moving towards a full dropper at night. Take under the tongue for best absorption, or add to coffee, water, soups, smoothies and more. 

Each 2oz (60ml) bottle is approximately a 30 or 60 day supply depending on daily individual use. A dropperful is approximately 15 to 20 drops or 1ml.

Medications that decrease the immune system (immunosuppressants) may interact with Cordyceps, as Cordyceps increases the activity of the immune system.

Cordyceps may also slow blood clotting. Taking it with medications that also slow blood clotting may increase the risk of bruising or bleeding.

If you have diabetes, you should consult your doctor before ingestion. Maitake may have an effect on your blood sugar. It may also lower your blood pressure, so be sure to discuss your options with your doctor if you have hypotension.
